About the Role
  • Customer Service: Assist customers in finding products, respond to queries and complaints, and consistently deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Cashier Duties: Process cash and card payments, manage Lay Bys, handle customer refunds, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Merchandising: Ensure stock is correctly priced and displayed, maintain product availability on the sales floor, and keep up-to-date with promotions.
  • Risk Management: Participate in stock takes, monitor shoplifters and fraudulent activities, and report suspicious behavior to management.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Communication Skills: Fluently communicate with customers, colleagues, and management in English (additional languages an advantage).
  • Tenacious and High Energy Levels: Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and meet performance targets.
  • Previous Retail Experience: Advantageous for those with prior retail experience.

Estimated Salary Range: R150,000 - R200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
