Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team at Ecentric Payment Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the highest level of software quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated test scripts using BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar.
  • Implement and manage test automation frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
  • Collaborate with development, product management, and QA teams to define test scenarios, ensure comprehensive test coverage, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Execute and analyze automated test suites to identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Utilize Tricentis Test Management tools to manage test cases, execution, and reporting, improving test coverage and efficiency.
  • Participate in manual testing efforts when necessary to ensure critical issues are identified and resolved.
  • Document and maintain test cases, test scripts, and other QA-related documentation.
  • Provide regular reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Qualification and Certification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum: 4 years after qualification

Maximum: 6 years after qualification

Critical:

  • Experience in the Fintech industry, with a thorough understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using Tricentis Test Management tools for managing test cases, execution, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer with a strong focus on BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
