In this Reconciliations Coordinator role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations of accounts payable invoices.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, account statements, and reconciliations, as well as maintaining cashbooks and performing ad-hoc tasks.

  • Prepare and process invoices.
  • Maintain cashbooks in the general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of accounts payable invoices against statements.
  • Prepare and send remittance advice for accounts payable payments.
  • Check age analysis for accounts payable to ensure no long outstanding liabilities.
  • Allocation of accounts payable payments.
  • Filing.
  • Perform ad-hoc journals and tasks as required by the Financial Manager.

This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
