Boilermaker Fabricator

Duties and Responsibilities:

R.A.W. GROUP is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to work on structural steel fabrication and construction projects.

• 
  
• Take precise measurements and read documents accurately.
  
• Follow specifications and instructions to ensure maximum efficiency.
  
• Proficient in Mig, Tig, and Arc Welding techniques.
  
• Plan layouts and procedures for metal fabrication.
  
• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or machinery to be used.
  
• Set up components for welding tasks.
  
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
  
• Collaborate with teams to review project milestones, assess work quality, and identify deviations from the plan.
  
• Lead by example and guide teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Trade Qualification, relevant training, and/or certifications in Boilermaking.
  
• Proven work experience as a boilermaker or similar role.
  
• Previous experience in structural steel fabrication and construction industry.
  
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies.
  
• Ability to read, interpret, and fabricate from workshop drawings.
  
• Strong leadership skills, project coordination, and time management.
