We are a leading manufacturer seeking an experienced QA Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the QA Manager in planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist QA Manager in planning and developing quality management systems.
  2. Schedule and perform internal audits, including maintenance of audit records and reports.
  3. Assist QA Manager in scheduling and performing supplier audits, including maintenance of related documentation.
  4. Manage laboratory testing function, including administration, documentation, and record-keeping.
  5. Maintain IP drawing archive by drafting new drawings or modifying existing ones as per new product requests or change requests.
  6. Perform testing when required.
  7. Ensure documented procedures and templates are current and communicated to stakeholders.
  8. Act as Health and Safety Representative for the Laboratory and Quality Department.
  9. Maintain and archive records associated with the Quality function of the Quality Management System.
  10. Assist QA Manager in coordinating customer visits and external audits.
  11. Compile customer-required records, such as data-books, by liaising with stakeholders.
