About the Role

As a Revenue Expansion Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client's base in the South African market.

You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales effectiveness and product offerings.
  4. Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities to executive leadership.
  5. Participate in recruitment and training of new sales personnel to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in a leadership role (managing lead generation teams).
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
