You will provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends in different locations, manage and negotiate employment offers, including compensation packages and relocation assistance.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. Degree/diploma
  2. Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions
  3. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies for both domestic and international talent acquisition
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  5. Leadership experience of a minimum of 3 people
  6. 5 years in recruitment - preferably how to build recruiter brands
