  • Administer and manage Salesforce CRM, including user management and security settings
  • Configure and manage Google Workspace and Google Workspace secure configurations
  • Design, configure, and manage networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues
  • Implement ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Desk operations
  • Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
  • Configure and manage automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Salesforce
  • Experience with on-premises Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, and Mac OS
  • Strong networking skills, including protocols, physical and logical network components
  • ITIL Framework knowledge
  • Desirable skills: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Linux OS, Sophos firewall, VoIP Systems, and CCTV Systems
