Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an experienced educator for neurodivergent children. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education, with experience working with children who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the 12-year-old boy at school for 2 hours each day, providing academic and emotional support in a facilitator role.
  • Develop familiarity with the school environment, curriculum, and the siblings in preparation for supporting their homeschooling.
  • Play a key role in planning and prepping for the family's relocation to the United Kingdom around June 2025.
  • Once in the UK, support all four children in their homeschooling, offering both academic assistance and creative, fun engagement.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English – Essential.
  • Fluent in Spanish – Desirable.
  • Previous experience in a tutoring/teaching role – Essential.
  • Previous experience working with neurodivergent children – Essential.
  • Previous au pair experience with neurodivergent children – Essential.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £2200-2500 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive support and training from a multidisciplinary team with expertise in neurodiversity, as well as possible travel opportunities with the family during holidays.

Working hours will be 08:00 - 15:00 in the United Kingdom, with ad-hoc babysitting/au pair work available outside of regular hours. A minimum commitment of 18 months is required, with a start date in January 2025.
