Physicist Educator

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physicist Educator to join our team at Curro Langebaan. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach Physical Sciences to Grade 12 students.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, with an appropriate academic and professional education qualification from a recognised institution. Relevant experience in teaching Physical Sciences is essential, as well as the relevant educational qualification to teach the subject at Grade 12 level. Current SACE registration and IEB experience are also highly valued.

The responsibilities of this role include planning, controlling, recording, and reporting on assessments, attending meetings, forums, and workshops as required, creating an educational atmosphere in the classroom, and taking responsibility for school equipment and stock. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with other teachers to ensure the effective running of the grades/phase, manage, plan, assist, and promote teaching and learning within the class, and contribute to the values and ethos of the school.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary package that includes a base salary of R250,000 per annum, paid annual leave, medical aid, and other benefits.
