Affinity Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to join our dedicated team.

In this vital role, you will ensure that our operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding the integrity of our company and the trust of our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting compliance audits, developing policies, and training staff on compliance matters.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations relevant to our industry.
  • Implement, review, and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they remain effective.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, documenting findings and recommending improvements.
  • Provide training and resources to staff on compliance topics and best practices.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure ongoing compliance and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards, advising the team accordingly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as CCEP or CRCM) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
