  Customer Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to our customers, ensuring that issues related to our financial accounting software are resolved efficiently.

  Onboarding: Lead or participate in the onboarding process for new customers, including software setup, implementation, and training.

  Solution Deployment: Test and deploy SaaS solutions, managing technical scopes and client expectations.

  Process Development: Work closely with the management team to create best practice technical support processes and workflows aligned with business objectives.

  Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date with technology trends and industry best practices.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of customer-facing experience providing support for financial accounting software in the property management sector.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret and resolve complex issues.
  • Previous experience in the IT industry, including standards, solutions modeling, and systems behavior.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Web technologies: Bootstrap, PHP frameworks like Code Igniter, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), JavaScript, CSS, Git/Subversion.
  • A self-starter with a passion for working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Proven expertise in financial accounting software, preferably in property management.
  • 3rd line technical support experience with the ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Solid experience with customer-facing roles in technical support.
