The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery hub's operations, ensuring seamless execution of parcel collection and delivery processes. This role requires excellent leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire parcel delivery process from collection to delivery, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead and manage the inbound and outbound teams to ensure efficient operations and timely parcel handling.
  • Monitor and ensure courier reliability to meet and maintain delivery targets.
  • Collaborate with the Last Mile Delivery Support Agent and Hub Manager to investigate and resolve courier and customer complaints.

  • Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, drivers, and support agents to address issues and ensure smooth operations.
