We are seeking a highly skilled Print Production Specialist to join our team at SavageOne Pty Ltd.

As a Print Production Specialist, you will be responsible for producing technically perfect, comprehensive, and accurate repro-ready artwork that enables superior final materials with minimal risk, time, and expense.

You will work closely with our creative department to ensure that all artwork meets our high standards of quality and accuracy.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Producing accurate repro-ready material
  • Understanding and adhering to retailer brand CI and following RMS brief and layout instructions from the Ad Coordinator
  • Grouping products, paying attention to detail as per client expectations
  • Integrating jobs from RMS to InDesign accurately
  • Actioning changes through RMS accurately
  • Escalating and troubleshooting brief, layout, retouching, or quality-related problems
  • Reflecting accurate information (visuals, price, and copy)
  • Copying correct files/versions/file names to relevant departments or mailing in RMS mail stages or Page proofing stages
  • Maintaining quality measures, paying attention to accuracy, colour, fonts, design elements, and final sizes from the RMS brief
  • Effectively prioritizing and meeting deadlines
  • Following sign-off procedures in RMS before final production and transmission to relevant output channels
  • Maintaining back-up records consistently and archiving all approved artwork in the RMS Guardbook and retrieving as requested
