We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our local market team in delivering the Business Banking value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client coverage strategies aligned to the Business Banking value drivers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to drive financial and non-financial outcomes.
  • Deliver Standard Bank Group and 3rd party products and services to the segment through the client engagement platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Commerce (FAIS recognised).
  • RE5 & RE1 qualifications.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of significant experience in coverage and branch banking, as well as managing a portfolio of business banking clients.
  • Proven track record of managing an income statement and balance sheet.
  • Understanding of digital, open banking, and platform integration.
  • Relationship banking skills, including client coverage.
  • Business & Commercial Banking expertise.
