Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Facilities Manager to join our team at Network Recruitment. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing data centre activities, domestic and fire water systems, and general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage data centre activities from a facilities infrastructure perspective, including power requirements and installations, HVAC daily health checks, and critical fire systems.
  • Domestic and Fire Water Systems: Oversee and manage domestic and fire water systems and repairs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Group Facilities Building Projects: Assist and coordinate group facilities building projects, including office moves, office fit-outs, and infrastructure installations.
  • General Maintenance: Coordinate general maintenance tasks, including monitoring and managing maintenance management critical plant and equipment.
  • Contractor Management: Conduct OHS contractor safety inductions and file inspections, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or formal certification in facilities management or plumbing.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a corporate or hospitality maintenance environment.
  • Skills: Strong electrical system background, with an advantage in facilities management or plumbing.
