KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAS) JOB ACTIVITIES

1. Inventory Management

Stock Ordering
- Place orders with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Follow up on order statuses.
- Oversee deliveries and manage stock upon arrival.
- Control order quantities effectively.

Stock Receiving
- Receive and verify ordered stock.
- Report any discrepancies or damages in deliveries.
- Follow up on missing stock.
- Document received stock in the Meat Matrix system.

Stock Control
- Daily reporting of stock levels.
- Generate stock depletion reports for cashiers.
- Reconcile stock received with stock levels.
- Monitor stock thresholds and manage shrinkage effectively.

2. Store Maintenance

- Ensure cleanliness throughout the store, including all areas such as floors, restrooms, offices, aisles, and storage areas.
- Maintain high standards of HACCP compliance across the store.
- Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

3. Team Management

- Oversee recruitment processes.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Manage employee development and relations.
- Implement performance management and wellness initiatives.

4. Store Layout and Organization

- Organize product displays and create attractive merchandising at key locations within the store.

- Assist with daily cash reconciliation.
- Minimize cash handling losses.
