**Business Development:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing new products to existing customers, increasing penetration on new product introductions while maintaining and growing market share on existing product ranges.

**Sales Management:**

We are looking for someone who can increase market share while protecting existing share, achieve company sales targets, and identify new business opportunities both product and customer.

**Additional Tasks and Responsibilities:**

The ideal candidate will have experience in securing new clients, managing pipeline to ensure conversion rate is achieved and revenue generated to exceed targets, and planning and executing approaches and pitches to clients.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain or other similar qualification, a valid driver's license, and at least five years' sales experience in the logistics and/or clearing and forwarding industry.
