Our client, a reputable company in Rustenburg, North West, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrator on a contract basis to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and providing efficient HR services to employees.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • HR-Related Administration, including receiving, verifying, following-up, acting, and processing employee documentation.
  • Updating internal HR databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reviewing HR policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing support in all disciplinary and employee-related matters, as well as assisting in the coordination of training and communication related matters.
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating processes relating to employee onboarding and terminations.
  • Participating in HR projects to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Supporting site HR operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • A relevant HR National Diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant HR administration experience.
  • Solid HR project administration skills.
  • High-level HR reporting capabilities.

Essential Skills and Qualities:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • An organised self-starter with a proven history of efficient HR administrative delivery.
  • Good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Self-management and orientation to performance excellence.
