As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing large-scale IT projects, specifically in the finance planning space. A proven track record of delivering successful EPM/ERP projects with similar profiles to De Beers is essential.

You will work closely with our supplier partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including task-driven block plans and detailed project schedules.

Your expertise in creating effective communication strategies and stakeholder engagement will ensure seamless project roll-out and implementation.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary education in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Information Technology
  • Recognized project management certification (PMP, PMI, Prince 2, etc.)
  • Formal certification in Agile (Scrum.Org, Scrum Alliance, or similar)
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
