Job Description:
  As a Senior PV Project Manager at Job Masters Pty Ltd, you will lead the development, planning, and execution of large-scale photovoltaic (solar) projects. This role is pivotal in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
  Key Responsibilities:
  Project Planning & Execution:
    Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and risk management strategies. Ensure that projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
  Team Leadership & Coordination:
    Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to project management staff and junior team members.
  Financial Management:
    Develop and manage project budgets, track project costs, and report on financial performance. Identify and mitigate financial risks and maintain profitability metrics.
  Stakeholder Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and internal teams. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
  Regulatory Compliance & Safety:
    Ensure that all project activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Develop and enforce site-specific safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
  Quality Assurance:
    Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure high standards across all project phases. Conduct regular site visits to ensure project quality and identify any potential issues proactively.
  Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks related to project delivery, budget, or timeline, and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and work with the project team to address any challenges proactively.
  Qualifications:
    A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferable. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the solar or renewable energy industry, with a focus on PV projects. Proven track record of managing large-scale PV projects from initiation through to completion. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
