Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician OSP to lead fibre network planning projects and contribute to the expansion and optimization of telecommunications infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network infrastructure, wayleave and permitting processes, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and conducting site surveys, preparing detailed drawings for constructing, removing, or rearranging overhead and underground lines, cables, and conduits.
  • Verifying as-built documents against original plans to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Coordinating wayleave and permitting processes to ensure network plan feasibility and monitoring stock availability and procurement of quotes from service providers.
  • Leading teams in network planning, fibre infrastructure build, and splicing activities.
  • Applying different methodologies for civil route planning and ensuring network infrastructure efficiency.
  • Maintaining technical correctness and accuracy of OSP and fibre network plans.
