Key Responsibilities

    Develop innovative logistics solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

    Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    Develop tailored marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  3. Market Intelligence:
    Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity in the freight forwarding industry.
    Provide market insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  4. Performance Metrics:
    Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing analyst role, ideally within the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and ability to apply them to freight forwarding and logistics sectors
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
