Key Areas of Focus:

  • Investigate complaints and determinations received from the PFA, FSCA, and other sources.
  • Respond to queries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Record and track complaints and determinations.
  • Provide regular reports to management on complaint trends and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant LLB, BCom, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • EB experience.
  • Pension Law experience.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
