Job Description

At Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC., we are seeking an experienced Leader to oversee our customer service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising 10-25 agents in a fast-paced call center environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to coach and mentor a strong sales team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and revenue goals.
  2. Coach and develop associates to enhance quality, performance, and productivity.
  3. Address associate performance, conduct, and attendance issues by consistently applying company policies and practices for corrective counseling.
  4. Motivate and reward associates using company and client incentive programs to drive results and maximize performance.
