The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the site's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as maintaining a high level of security and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain CCTV systems to ensure site security and compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and non-compliance issues.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a high level of security and risk management.
  • Provide training and support to security personnel on compliance and risk management.
Requirements
  • PSIRA Grade A qualification with renewed certificate.
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Valid driver's license and own car.
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Exceptional supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills (spoken and written) in Afrikaans, English, etc.
Working Conditions

The Compliance Officer will be required to work shifts and be willing to travel for 2-3 days for training on site, which will take place in KZN.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, outstanding client relationships, and be able to report accurately and on time.
