We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team as a Discovery Insure Telesales Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting short-term insurance Value Added and Ancillary products to our customers. Your exceptional negotiation and sales skills will enable you to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying and selling Value Added and Ancillary Products
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ensuring accurate capture and activation of VAPS sales
• Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need 2 years' experience in call centre sales, preferably in short-term insurance Value-added and Ancillary products. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
