About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dealership Service Operations Manager to join our team at Intercon Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • To manage the service operations of a dealership, ensuring that all service activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • To oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within the required timeframe.
  • To manage a team of service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a motor dealership.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and lead by example.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Location

This role is based in Cape Town and requires regular travel to dealerships in the surrounding area.
