We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Coordinator to join our team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting administrative department activities for staff members as required.

Responsibilities

The Business Services Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of company systems and structures to ensure delivery in line with legislative frameworks and organizational objectives.
  • Direct office visitors to the appropriate parties.
  • Handle basic office tasks such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry within the company.
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
  • Order, store, and distribute office supplies.
  • Identify and mitigate internal systems and procedural barriers to enhance excellent customer service.
  • Present findings and business cases to relevant stakeholders when required.
  • Mitigate the department's risk profile by applying fraud controls and risk prevention principles.
  • Implement sound governance and compliance processes and tools to identify and manage risks.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures within scope of control.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Matric qualification.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience within Fire Services, Engineering, or technical environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
