Job Summary

The Integrated Solutions Manager role at Lodge Security requires a seasoned professional to oversee and manage hybrid security operations, including CCTV monitoring centres, guarding control rooms, and lone worker device escalation.

This position demands strong technical expertise in security technology solutions, with experience in designing and supporting projects related to CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and AI-driven smart security solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of security professionals to ensure seamless operation of surveillance systems and efficient deployment of resources.
  • Develop and implement best practices, procedures, and compliance frameworks to optimize control room operations, ensuring service levels, response times, and incident management protocols align with industry standards and company policies.
  • Support security technical projects by designing and developing plans for integrated security solutions, working collaboratively with the Technical Manager and engineering teams.
  • Conduct site assessments, risk evaluations, and system design recommendations for new and existing clients, staying up-to-date with emerging security technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing security control rooms, CCTV monitoring centres, or similar operations, with a strong understanding of security technology solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and mentor employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound operational decisions, analysing data, generating reports, and providing insights on operational efficiency and security trends.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations, industry best practices, and risk management in security operations, with a focus on health and safety and lone worker protection.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams, including security operations and technical services, with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
