The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction and input to the Claims function of SEB, working closely with the Head Admin and Executives to drive strategic changes and implement new initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all claims administration functions, ensuring adherence to legislation and client expectations.
  • Initiate and roll-out strategic initiatives, ensuring the highest service levels to clients.
  • Oversee and manage all claim-related functions relative to various funds, ensuring compliance with set timelines and standards.
  • Lead the team to ensure effective communication and relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage business systems to ensure optimal utilization and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present consolidated reports on all claim administration matters.
Reporting and Query Resolution:
  • Ensure teams prepare, analyze, and present ad hoc reports as and when requested.

  • Attend to queries or inquiries by members within required timelines.
Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all clients and service providers.

Time Management:
  • Devote whole time, attention, and abilities during working hours to discharge of duties.
  • Meet production standards in terms of quantity and quality.
