Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an aftermarket service centre, preferably with a well-known brand such as BOSCH, e-Car, Car Service City, or Car Care Clinic. They will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the service centre
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Managing a team of technicians and support staff
  • Collaborating with senior management to achieve business objectives
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Strong mechanical background, with experience in vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
