As a Training Manager at DLK Group, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of our employees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training Needs Assessment:
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify skills and competencies required to achieve organizational objectives.
    • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to define specific training requirements.
  2. Training Design and Development:
    • Develop tailored training programs and materials to address identified needs and skill gaps.
    • Incorporate various instructional methods, such as e-learning, workshops, and hands-on sessions, to suit diverse learning preferences.
  3. Training Delivery:
    • Implement and deliver training programs using an omni-channel approach to accommodate geographic diversity and operational maturity.
    • Ensure that training is accessible and effective for both employees and external stakeholders.
  4. Training Evaluation:
    • Assess the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring participant performance and feedback.
    • Use metrics and analytics to measure the impact of training on tool and solution adoption.
