As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. With a wide range of technologies to manage, from SaaS and PaaS platforms to legacy on-premise systems, your expertise will be essential in maintaining their support, maintenance, and reliability.

You will be responsible for providing technical support to the business, helping to ensure we get the best possible results from our technology investments. This includes staying up-to-date with the latest infrastructure technologies and championing change throughout the organization.

Your duties will include managing standard operating procedures, handling tickets within our ITSM system, and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Out-of-hours work may be required due to our 24/7 operations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain all aspects of our IT infrastructure
  • Provide a highly available and resilient IT environment
  • Offer out-of-hours support for priority incidents
  • Identify and implement future technical solutions, including design and delivery
  • Maintain asset management and reporting systems for IT equipment and mobile devices
  • E nsure adherence to standard operating procedures and processes
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies
  • Provision new starter accounts and hardware
  • Conduct new starter training
  • Renew maintenance contracts
  • Maintain software licenses
  • Provide accurate and timely information about ongoing issues
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders outside the IT team

We're looking for someone with advanced desktop support experience, Microsoft Server operating systems knowledge, and familiarity with network troubleshooting. You should also have skills in Microsoft cloud technologies, Active Directory, and group policy.

Key competencies for this role include self-motivation, customer focus, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
