This role involves overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with approved designs, specifications, and contractual agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring project milestones and ensuring timely completion within contractual deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise on-site construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with GCC2015, SABS1200, and COLTO standards
  • Verify materials, workmanship, and construction processes meet industry standards
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and environmental programs
  • Obtain necessary wayleaves and approvals to prevent project delays
  • Facilitate clear communication among clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Civil Designer
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure projects
  • Strong skills in project planning, organization, and task management
  • In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and technical specifications
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • National Diploma, BTech/Advanced Diploma, or BEng in Civil Engineering
  • Professional registration with ECSA is preferred
