Job Summary

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute daily invoices and job cards.
  • Produce accurate rental invoices and statements.
  • Make timely payments and ensure their verification.
  • Oversee the receipt and management of supplier invoices.
  • Ensure timely allocation and reconciliation of debtor and creditor payments.
  • Regularly update and review bank statements.
  • Maintain precise filing and record-keeping systems.
  • Continuously track and resolve outstanding invoices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent financial planning and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Sound knowledge of financial principles and accounting procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and SAGE PASTEL.
