Job Summary
Premium personnel seeks a skilled finance administrator to provide day-to-day financial support. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily invoices and job cards.
- Produce accurate rental invoices and statements.
- Make timely payments and ensure their verification.
- Oversee the receipt and management of supplier invoices.
- Ensure timely allocation and reconciliation of debtor and creditor payments.
- Regularly update and review bank statements.
- Maintain precise filing and record-keeping systems.
- Continuously track and resolve outstanding invoices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent financial planning and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Sound knowledge of financial principles and accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and SAGE PASTEL.
