Job Summary

Ajtechnicaldr is a leading car rental company seeking an experienced administrator to manage the admin duties within the Europcar parts procurement division.

The appointed person will be responsible for sourcing back-order parts, liaising with OEMs, and ensuring timely delivery of parts orders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing back-order parts from OEMs
  • Preparing accurate and timely parts orders
  • Monitoring and updating ETAs
  • Resolving queries between panel shops and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administration experience
  • 2 years experience within a parts department
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Experience with Kerridge/ADP or Drive
  • Parts interpretation skills using OEM catalogues
