About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team in Strand. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephones and providing exceptional customer service
  • Quoting clients on accounting software and ensuring accurate pricing
  • Dispatching goods and managing inventory
  • Handling couriers and coordinating logistics
  • Performing stock control and general administrative duties

Requirements:

  1. A diploma or degree would be advantageous; alternatively, a good grade in real maths in matric would be preferred
  2. Stock management experience is essential
  3. At least 5 years' experience in an administrator role with contactable references
  4. Mathematics as a subject in matric
  5. Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  6. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Focused and responsible, with self-motivation and a results-oriented approach
