The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance and achievement of their team's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including ensuring that all team members are meeting their targets and providing ongoing coaching and support to help them improve.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage team performance and achievement of KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance.
  • Ensure team has necessary resources to meet KPIs.

  • Grade 12/NQF4 qualification.
