About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Transportation Director to join our team at iStaff Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term transportation strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize fleet size and composition, maximize efficiency, and minimize costs.
  • Oversee daily operations, including route planning, scheduling, and dispatch, to ensure operational excellence.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, implement safety protocols, and manage driver performance.
  • Develop and manage the transportation budget, negotiate contracts, and analyze financial data.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • BCom or Diploma in Transportation/Logistics.
  • +8 years of experience in transportation.
  • Knowledge of NBCRFLI and BCE.
