Treasury Services Coordinator

A key role within a leading treasury services company in South Africa, requiring a detail-oriented Back Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the back-office operations, with a focus on FX deal execution and Balance of Payments (BoP) form processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and settle FX deals, ensuring timely and accurate confirmations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to clients on BoP form requirements
- Compile monthly client reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a back-office or treasury operations role
- Proven track record in FX deal execution and BoP form processing
- Strong understanding of treasury management systems and related technologies
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
