Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our Inside Sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as an Inside Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to customers, addressing their varying needs, and working cooperatively with the sales team to fulfill and exceed their goals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing technical advice to the sales team, helping them to deliver business solutions to customers
  • Researching market factors to anticipate customer needs and proposing technical solutions
  • Assisting in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team
  • Establishing relationships with customers and managing your own accounts

Requirements:

  • Strong focus on results and a willingness to learn and develop expertise in a specific area of the Dell Technologies portfolio
  • Critical thinking and prioritization skills
  • Business/IT-related degree and graduated in 2024/2025 (desirable)
