About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth. You will be responsible for leading strategic recruitment efforts, developing Value Creation Plans (VCPs) for top-performing financial advisors, and utilizing advanced technology to enhance client engagement and advisor productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Value Creation Plans (VCPs)
    • Develop and implement tailored VCPs for top-performing financial advisors, focusing on achieving significant revenue growth and business expansion.
    • Work closely with advisors to understand their business goals, client base, and growth potential, and develop strategies to maximize their performance.
    • Use advanced technology to drive operational efficiencies, improve client engagement, and enhance advisor productivity.
    • Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to VCPs to ensure advisors meet or exceed revenue targets.
    • Track and report on VCP outcomes, providing actionable insights to both advisors and the management team.
  • Advisor Recruitment and Integration
    • Lead strategic recruitment efforts to attract top-tier advisors who align with group growth goals.
    • Ensure newly recruited advisors are seamlessly integrated into the firm through comprehensive onboarding programs that include training.
    • Establish long-term growth strategies for new advisors, helping them reach their full potential within the first two years of joining.
    • Focus recruitment efforts on advisors who can bring high-value business to the firm, helping group to meet revenue goals.
  • Technology Utilization
    • Equip advisors with cutting-edge technology and analytics tools, including AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and CRM tools provided by the Group, to enhance client engagement and financial planning capabilities.
    • Track and monitor the usage of these platforms and make recommendations for adjustments to optimize advisor performance and client satisfaction.
  • Advisor Relationship Management
    • Act as a strategic partner for advisors in managing key client relationships, working with them to develop and implement customized product and service offerings.
    • Develop and implement retention strategies that ensure high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.
    • Use the various technologies provided by Group to enhance client communication and relationship management, offering clients a seamless and integrated experience.
  • Recognition and Incentive Programs
    • Design and implement recognition programs that reward advisors for meeting or exceeding performance targets, contributing to the group's growth.
    • Develop customized incentive structures, such as profit-sharing models and long-term performance bonuses, to attract and retain high-performing advisors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and compliance with industry regulations.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure the success of branding initiatives that enhance advisor visibility.
    • Engage in high-level networking events with industry leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and potential clients to foster new business opportunities.
    • Provide timely and actionable feedback to management regarding market trends, advisor performance, and product development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on business development, advisor management, and sales leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of the investment industry and at least an introductory knowledge of the short-term insurance and life insurance industries.
  • Proven track record in implementing and managing strategy and strategic projects.
  • Candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree in management, finance (advantageous).
  • Postgraduate diploma in planning, project management, or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (advantageous).
  • Regulatory Exam 1 (RE 1) and Regulatory Exam 5 (RE 5) certifications (advantageous).
