At BGA Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispatch and logistics, with excellent IT skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing computerized work order systems to determine job assignments and maintain knowledge of staff status and location
  • Receiving requests for orders and consolidation, and executing orders as per consolidation
  • Preparing performance evaluations for dispatch staff
  • Performing related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Dispatch experience
  • Certificate or Diploma in Production Management

Experience:

  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Min 3 years dispatch experience
