We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the store's operations, driving sales through effective cross and up selling, and contributing to the success of our store.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a market-related remuneration package. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, manage your time effectively, and take ownership of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage Store Operations: Manage the store's operations, including stock management and visual merchandising.
  2. Drive Sales: Drive sales through effective cross and up selling.
  3. Reduce Loss and Shrinkage: Adhere to Store Operating Procedures to reduce loss and shrinkage in store.
  4. Create an Appealing Shopping Environment: Create an appealing shopping environment for customers.
  5. Maximise Sales: Take ownership of the execution of all promotional events and daily requirements in store.
  6. Increase Profitability and Brand Loyalty: Increase profitability and brand loyalty with customers.

Requirements

  1. Experience in Cosmetics: Experience in cosmetics is essential for this role.
  2. Retail or Sales Environment: Retail or sales experience in a similar environment is desirable.
