Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Advanced Service Engineering, Technical Training, and Field Service Actions (FSA) functions

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license; willingness to travel across Southern & Sub-Sahara Africa as needed
