Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Level 1 Managed Services Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Services Helpdesk Team, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support and solutions to our clients through various communication channels.
This role involves performing hardware/software installations and upgrades, regular maintenance duties (remotely or on-site), and preparing and delivering small orders. Your primary objective is to deliver high-quality customer service by acting as the primary point of contact for all new support incidents received.
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work towards achieving Service Level Agreements and accurately record all support incidents.
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction by managing new support requests from inception to resolution.
- Log tickets in the helpdesk management system for internal and external stakeholders.
- Investigate initial issues and escalate them to higher-level technical teams when necessary.
