We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at CA Global Headhunters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local account business plans to secure current and new business within defined sales areas and responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have a National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Business Management (NQF 6), with a minimum of 5 years of Sales experience. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, as well as demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing and diverse team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and organize commercial product training for sales and service personnel for the respective products.
  • Assess the account's total potential with MECU products & services and develop future market potential for MECU business with the account.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product line teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements and address industry challenges.
