About the Role

The Dis-Chem Distribution Centre in Midrand is looking for an experienced DC Pharmacist to manage all ethical warehouse-related activities. This role involves ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to good warehousing practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the Ethical Warehouse, ensuring it maintains its licenses and complies with rules and regulations.
  • Train new staff on GWP and GDP, ensuring they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Monitor and improve staff performance, set employee goals, and establish key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council).
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within a Distribution Centre.
  • People and project management experience.
