We are seeking a skilled Maize Milling Technician to join our team in Mpumalanga, South Africa.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced miller to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maize milling department. As a Maize Milling Technician, you will be responsible for managing the entire process from raw material intake to final product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operation of the maize milling department, including processing, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless production and minimize downtime.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a qualified miller, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Trade test certification as per GMF/SAGMA standards.
  • Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
